Assist with the probate process, including preparation and filing of probate documents, tracking deadlines, and communicating with clients and court personnel. Prepare trust and estate accountings, inventories, and other related documents. Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, correspondence, and legal documents. Coordinate with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals to gather information and documents necessary for trust and estate administration. Manage and organize client files, including scanning and e-filing documents. Ensure compliance with all court rules and procedures, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to trust and estate administration. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on trust and estate administration. Proficiency in probate, trust, and estate law, and familiarity with e-filing systems. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, and other professionals. Detail-oriented and highly accurate, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
