Full-time Two shifts availableLong-term, temp-to-hire opportunityWe are seeking experienced Truss Leads to supervise a production team and assist with the construction of roof and floor trusses for residential and commercial projects.Responsibilities: Lead, train, and support truss assembly team members Read and understand shop drawings and work orders Accurately set up truss jigs for production Measure and cut wood at the required angles Assemble roof and floor trusses according to specifications Install gussets and connector plates Operate roller machines and other production equipment Move, stack, and organize completed trusses Monitor production quality and safety Maintain a clean and organized work areaRequirements:Minimum one year of truss-building or related leadership experienceAbility to read shop drawings and use measuring tools accuratelyBasic math and measurement skillsStrong communication and team-leadership abilitiesReliable, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervisionAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. regularlyComfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive physical workHigh school diploma or GED preferredMust pass a background check and drug screeningEmployment eligibility will be verified through E-VerifyThis is a long-term opportunity with the possibility of permanent employment based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
