Overview

Penske Logistics is seeking a full-time Local Class A Truck Driver in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. This role involves delivering structural steel products to customers across several states while maintaining a professional demeanor. Drivers will enjoy local, home-daily routes with no weekend work, and the opportunity for additional earnings through a referral bonus program.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver structural steel products to customers in PA, MD, NY, OH, and WV
  • Complete an average of 15 to 20 stops per week
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers
  • Follow all federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules
  • Ensure safety while driving and completing deliveries

Required skills

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years
  • Ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
  • 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
  • Ability to work a set schedule and complete required employment application
