Overview

Penske Logistics is seeking full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers to deliver steel to customer locations using flatbed trailers. This role offers a competitive hourly wage, a retention bonus, and the opportunity to be part of a professional driving team committed to safety and customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver steel to customer locations on flatbed trailers
  • Tarp, strap, and secure loads
  • Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with customers
  • Follow all federal and state regulations and guidelines
  • Ensure regular attendance and punctuality

Required skills

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years
  • Ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
  • Knowledge of safety compliance and load securing
  • English language proficiency
