Overview

Ursa Farmers Cooperative Company is looking for a Local CDL Truck Driver to safely transport grain from member locations to facilities and markets. This role emphasizes excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and professional truck while adhering to safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT and safety regulations
  • Pick up grain from customers and transport to UFC facilities or markets
  • Transfer grain between UFC locations as needed
  • Load and unload trucks when required
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and daily inspections
  • Maintain cleanliness and a professional appearance of truck and work areas
  • Provide courteous, timely, and professional customer service to members

Required skills

  • Valid CDL license
  • Ability to pass DOT physical requirements
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good verbal communication skills
