Job Description Job Description WEEKLY PAY- WEEKEND/OVERTIME AVAILABILTY Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trailers- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues as needed- Conduct inspections to identify any potential problems or safety concerns- Repair or replace damaged parts, such as brakes, lights, and tires as needed- Weld and solder components as needed- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards Qualifications:- Experience as a trailer mechanic or similar role- Knowledge of trailer systems and components- Experience in welding and soldering techniques not required but would be appreciated- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks/ Stand on your feet for long periods of time- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Good communication skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: $20.00 - $26.00 per hourBenefits: Paid time off Experience level: 2 years3 years Schedule: 8 hour shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeWeekends as needed People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Ability to commute/relocate: Fort Worth, TX 76111: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
