Overview

As a Team Member at Tropical Smoothie Café, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service while promoting a healthier lifestyle through food and smoothies. Key responsibilities

  • Interact with team members, customers, and vendors using core values.
  • Deliver unparalleled hospitality to customers.
  • Prepare ingredients for food and smoothies.
  • Assemble and serve fresh food and smoothies according to standards.
  • Adhere to sanitation practices while handling and preparing food.
  • Set up and monitor food and smoothie work stations.
  • Clean and organize kitchen, workstations, dining areas, and restrooms.
  • Operate the register, handle cash accurately, and manage the cash drawer.
  • Follow safety and security policies set by the brand.
  • Perform additional tasks as necessary to run the café.
