Join Our Team as a Treatment Manager (Clinical Case Manager / Licensed Therapist) New Haven Youth & Family Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated clinician to join our clinical team as a Treatment Manager (Clinical Case Manager / Licensed Therapist). This role is based in a residential treatment setting serving high school-aged youth with significant behavioral and social-emotional needs. In this role, you will serve as the clinical lead for assigned students, providing therapy, coordinating care, and guiding treatment planning in close collaboration with families, school staff, and community providers. This position is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a structured, team-based environment and is committed to supporting youth through stabilization, growth, and successful transition. What You'll Do Provide individual, family, and group therapy for assigned studentsConduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment and service plansParticipate in multidisciplinary team meetings and student support planningMonitor student progress and adjust interventions as neededCollaborate with families, school personnel, and community providers to support student successCoordinate referrals and access to community-based behavioral health services and resourcesProvide crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization support when neededMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and case recordsEnsure compliance with agency policies, licensing requirements, and ethical standards What We're Looking For Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field requiredCurrent California clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) preferred3-5 years of clinical experience working with adolescents and families preferredExperience supporting youth with mild to moderate behavioral, emotional, mental health, and social challengesExperience in residential treatment, school-based mental health, child welfare, or community behavioral health settings preferredExperience working with IEPs, 504 Plans, and multidisciplinary student support teamsStrong knowledge of adolescent development, family systems, trauma-informed care, and school-based interventionsStrong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work effectively in a structured, team-based environmentValid California Driver's License and acceptable driving record Why New Haven?
