Overview

The Treatment Center Director/Program Manager at Medmark Treatment Centers is responsible for leading operations at the Opiate Treatment Program clinic. This role involves managing a diverse team and ensuring compliance with various regulatory bodies while maintaining high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the operation and performance of the Opiate Treatment Program clinic
  • Participate in the hiring, training, and management of clinic staff
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies such as SAMHSA, DEA, and CARF
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement operational efficiencies
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators
  • Participate in community relations and development activities to maintain and increase census
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information
  • Assist with marketing programs and literature development

Required skills

  • Multiple years of experience in clinical program administration
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Understanding of clinic operations and substance abuse field
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and regulatory standards
  • Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
