Overview

The Treatment Center Director at MedMark Treatment Centers in Belen, New Mexico leads operations for the Opiate Treatment Program (OTP), overseeing a diverse team of healthcare professionals. This role requires a focus on patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective management of clinic performance and budgeting.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the operation and performance of the OTP clinic
  • Participate in the interviewing, hiring, and training of clinic staff
  • Ensure compliance with various regulatory bodies and manage applicable applications and approvals
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators and react accordingly
  • Participate in community relations and development activities to drive and maintain clinic census
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient, employee, and company information
  • Lead efforts to identify, hire, and train culturally diverse personnel

Required skills

  • Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Knowledge of clinic operations in substance abuse
  • Understanding of HIPAA and Federal, State, and CARF regulations
  • Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and generate ideas
