Overview

MedMark Treatment Centers is seeking a Treatment Center Director for their Opiate Treatment Program in Belen, New Mexico. This role requires an efficient leader responsible for managing the operations and performance of the clinic while overseeing a diverse team delivering care to patients undergoing treatment for opioid addiction.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the operation and performance of the Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) clinic
  • Participate in the interviewing, hiring, and training of staff
  • Evaluate, manage, and counsel subordinate personnel
  • Communicate with and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
  • Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators
  • Maintain and update policy and procedure manuals
  • Participate in community relations and education activities
  • Lead efforts to hire and train personnel with cultural diversity

Required skills

  • Multiple years of experience as a clinical program administrator
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Understanding of clinic operations and substance abuse field
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards
  • Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
