Overview

MedMark Treatment Centers is seeking a Treatment Center Director for their Opiate Treatment Program in Belen, New Mexico. This role is focused on overseeing clinic operations, leading a diverse team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering community relations to improve service delivery to patients battling opioid addiction.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee the operation and performance of the Opiate Treatment Program clinic
  • Manage clinic operations within budgeted results
  • Be involved in interviewing, hiring, and training of staff
  • Evaluate and manage clinic personnel, including counseling and termination
  • Communicate corporate goals and objectives to clinic personnel
  • Ensure compliance with various regulatory bodies
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
  • Participate in community relations and education activities to drive census
  • Lead efforts to increase and retain patient census
  • Maintain policy and procedure manuals for clinic operations

Required skills

  • Experience as an administrator of a clinical program
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Understanding of clinic operations and substance abuse field
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and Federal, State, and CARF regulations
  • Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to supervise and manage personnel
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
