Overview

The Treasury Services & Municipal Banking Manager at Fusco Personnel is responsible for leading and managing the strategies and operations of treasury and public deposit services for a well-established financial institution. This role involves overseeing client relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational growth for both commercial and municipal clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership in the development of treasury management and municipal banking services
  • Open, maintain, and grow treasury management accounts for clients
  • Oversee operational processes related to cash management products
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for deposit-related inquiries
  • Coordinate system updates and procedural improvements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for client satisfaction

Required skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial Banking or Cash Management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Municipal Banking and Public Deposits
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Fluency in English
