Overview

The Treasury Director role at CFS is a leadership position that requires an experienced treasury professional to oversee enterprise-wide treasury operations while shaping the long-term strategy related to cash management, liquidity, and banking relationships. The role balances daily oversight with strategic initiatives and offers the opportunity to influence decisions at the executive level.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead treasury operations, including cash management and banking relationships
  • Manage daily cash positioning, forecasting, and working capital optimization
  • Oversee banking structures, partnerships, and treasury systems
  • Support capital markets activities, including debt and financing strategies
  • Partner with executive leadership on treasury strategy and financial planning alignment
  • Drive process improvements and automation within treasury functions
  • Maintain treasury policies, controls, and compliance standards
  • Lead and develop treasury team members
  • Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operational teams

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive treasury or finance experience, including leadership
  • Strong background in cash management, banking relationships, and treasury operations
  • Experience with capital markets, debt structures, or financing activities preferred
  • CTP certification required
  • Track record of improving processes, driving efficiency, and implementing automation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
