We offer exciting projects, attractive compensation and benefits along with the opportunity to become part of a creative, innovative organization that is focused on your growth and development.Builtech is seeking a Traveling Superintendent ready to join our fast-paced and team-oriented environment.Responsibilities:Supervise the project schedule to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design and budget.Implement and enforce on-site safety program to maintain a safe jobsite per the requirements of OSHA and the Builtech Safety Plan.Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance.Represent Builtech as the client?s primary on-site contact.Consistent interfacing with owners, subcontractors and architects.Daily communication with your project teammates.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience with a resume of 3 to 5 successful projectsEmbrace and fully protect our Core Values ?
