Overview

As a Travel Supervisor at Sheetz, you'll be responsible for leading multiple stores within your district, creating a positive atmosphere, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role offers dynamic workdays and opportunities for career advancement in a rapidly growing company.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members
  • Inspire and mentor Team Members to develop service skills
  • Provide performance feedback to the General Manager
  • Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth operations
  • Foster a positive and engaging store culture
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Travel locally to support nearby stores as required
