Niktor LLC is seeking a seasoned Travel RN House Supervisor for a night shift role in Aberdeen, Washington. This 13-week assignment requires a strong clinical leader capable of managing staffing, patient flow, and departmental operations in a dynamic hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage staffing and patient flow in a fast-paced hospital setting
  • Oversee departmental operations during night shifts
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to nursing staff
  • Handle conflict resolution and communication among staff and patients
  • Manage multiple priorities in acute care environments

Required skills

  • Active Washington RN License
  • BLS & ACLS certifications
