Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Terre Haute, Indiana. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments, creating personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility and quality of life while working with a dedicated clinical team.

Key responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients' physical conditions and identify treatment needs
  • Develop personalized rehabilitation programs
  • Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques
  • Operate specialized physical therapy equipment safely and effectively
  • Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Educate patients and caregivers on self-management techniques
  • Maintain a safe treatment environment adhering to safety guidelines
