The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of driving daily crew execution and safety, with a strong work ethic and an ALL IN mindset to drive results.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Directly lead and supervise daily activities of field crews on multiple project sitesAssign work tasks and ensure crews understand project expectations and daily objectivesOwn daily production goals and ensure crews meet established targetsExecute work plans and schedules as defined by Project Managers and Construction ManagersIdentify and resolve field issues that may impact quality, schedule, or productivityCommunicate daily project updates, production status, and field concerns to Construction and Project ManagersPreview future project sites to ensure site is ready for construction when crews arriveServes as a leader of field crews, responsible for people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc.Drives team KPI's to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard successUpholds ADB's safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organizationPerform additional responsibilities as neededSUCCESS FACTORS:Ability to travel nationwideA strong belief in ZERO - Being safe 100% of the time is the expectationAlignment with company mission, vision, and valuesA high level of customer centricityStrong work ethic with an ALL-IN attitudeStrong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team membersAbility to perform in a fast paced/high volume environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skillsAbility to be organized, problem solve, and be solution orientedProcess improvement skills with the ability to streamline efficiencies within a team environmentSelf-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goalsLeadership skills- ability to lead and motivate a team to meet project goalsProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)WORK ENVIRONMENT:Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions including climbing, sitting, standing, walking, and drivingRegular exposure to all weather conditions, especially hot, humid and/or rainy spring, summer, and fall weather combined with regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditionsMay be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinatedWhen working on site, will be required to wear common PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hart hat, and safety-toed bootsEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:1-3+ years of technical field experience required1+ years of field leadership experience requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver's license with the ability
