Overview

Transdev is searching for a skilled Transit Bus Driver to join their team in Houston, PA. The role focuses on delivering safe and comfortable transportation for passengers while maintaining high standards in customer service and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

  • Follow designated routes and schedules while adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
  • Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers during boarding, rides, and disembarkation.
  • Conduct comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
  • Uphold company policies related to seat belt enforcement, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance.

Required skills

  • Valid CDL with passenger endorsements
  • Minimum of 3 years driving experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight
