Job Description

Overview

Transdev is seeking an experienced Transit Bus Driver in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to ensure safe and comfortable transportation for passengers. The role includes following safety protocols and providing excellent customer service as part of a professional team.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute operations by following designated routes and schedules while adhering to safety protocols
  • Exhibit exceptional care and assistance towards passengers during boarding and disembarkation
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, including seat belt enforcement and emergency response

Required skills

  • Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrakes endorsement
  • Minimum 3 years of driving experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Knowledge of traffic regulations and safety protocols
