Overview

The Transaction & Buyer Support Specialist at Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations for buyers in a dynamic real estate environment. This position focuses on maximizing closings, follow-ups, and providing exceptional client service, all while supporting one of the team’s top agents.

Key responsibilities

  • Match buyers with homes, both listed and off-market
  • Call all buyers weekly or based on their timeline
  • Monitor activity triggers such as signed contracts and payment declines
  • Ensure showings happen within 72 hours for qualified buyers
  • Deliver weekly 'missed opportunity' recaps and critical mass stats
  • Confirm buyer paperwork is submitted, accurate, and signed in Dotloop
  • Celebrate client milestones and send post-closing gifts
  • Help clients move quickly by setting up meetings and reviewing criteria
  • Prep agent performance reports and support with PPF meetings
  • Handle transaction tasks including certificates, appraisals, inspections, walkthroughs, and closings
