Job Description

Overview

The Training Project Specialist at Constellation Energy will manage and coordinate projects within the training department, focusing on accreditation, training program evaluation, and various training initiatives. This role aims to ensure the successful development and delivery of training programs while supporting the company's commitment to clean energy production.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage accreditation team visits and training program evaluations
  • Plan and coordinate activities for implementing training programs
  • Lead preparation and implementation of training programs for Clean Energy Center evaluations
  • Maintain project scope, quality, performance, schedule, and budget
  • Develop and maintain budget and business plan initiatives for training facilities
  • Participate in regulatory audits and assessments
  • Evaluate the need for outside services and manage procurement of services
  • Perform additional duties as directed by management

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline, education, or training
  • 3 years of related experience or Senior Reactor Operator license
  • Experience with the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)
  • Instructional experience and leading teams
  • Knowledge of INPO Accreditation or Evaluation processes
