Job Description

Overview

The H&K Group is seeking an energetic and motivated Trackhoe Operator for their Pottstown Division. The ideal candidate will carry out work safely while maintaining equipment and efficiently completing job tasks as part of a team. Experience with a Q329 Caterpillar Trackhoe is a plus but not required.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform all work according to OSHA, MSHA, and H&K Safety policies
  • Create a safe worksite
  • Maintain equipment including Q329 trackhoe and pickups
  • Crush site material using Q329 trackhoe
  • Identify site needs and develop an efficient job completion plan
  • Work collaboratively with team members
  • Clean and transport equipment
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Extensive trackhoe operations experience
