Overview

AAA Club Alliance is seeking dependable Tow Truck Drivers NonCDL in Chester, Virginia. The role involves providing roadside assistance and towing services in various weather conditions while ensuring customer safety and satisfaction. The company offers a comprehensive compensation package and is looking for individuals who are eager to help others.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide lock-out, fuel delivery, battery jump starts, and tire change services
  • Perform tow and recovery services using established guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with members to keep them informed
  • Enter call information accurately into in-truck technology
  • Conduct vehicle and equipment inspections for safety
  • Ensure that the fleet vehicle and all equipment are secured
  • Support AAA by participating in special events
  • Complete reports as required

Required skills

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to obtain Virginia Towing License for towing positions
  • 3 years of experience in an automotive/mechanical environment or customer service
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience with GPS technology
