Insured Titles is looking for a Title Assistant / Recording Clerk to join their team in Missoula, MT. Key responsibilities

  • Promptly answer incoming calls and assist visitors
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Research and record documents and administer the recording processes
  • Expedite the flow of policies through various office tasks
  • Set up or cancel escrow/title files
  • Research and create property profiles and related reports
  • Communicate with lenders, realtors, attorneys, and customers to gather information
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports for review
  • Verify and explain title report sections to customers
  • Adhere to company policies and attendance expectations
