Overview

AMN Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic and confident outpatient Physical Therapist in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, to treat adult neurologic patients. This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern clinic focused on high-quality neurorehabilitation, serving a supportive community with access to major city amenities.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed evaluations of adult outpatient neuro patients
  • Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Track patient progress toward functional goals
  • Provide one-on-one care with appropriate appointment lengths for evaluations and treatment
  • Emphasize functional mobility, balance, gait training, and patient education
  • Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to promote open communication and shared problem-solving

Required skills

  • Physical Therapist license (PT), Compact Accepted
  • BLS certification
  • 1 year of outpatient experience
  • Knowledge of neurorehabilitation techniques
  • Experience with conditions such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, and multiple sclerosis
