You will evaluate patient functional status, develop and implement individualized care plans, document progress, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team. Supervision of PTAs and home health aides may be required, along with patient and caregiver education. Schedule flexibility is important, including participation in weekend rotation and possible holiday coverage1.Required qualifications include a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and an active Washington PT license or compact privilege. Current BLS/CPR certification, a valid drivers license, and access to a reliable vehicle are needed.
