Overview

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a skilled position in Celina, Tennessee. This role involves assisting patients in improving their mobility and independence under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, as well as documenting patient progress and educating them on home exercise programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities
  • Document patient progress and participate in care planning
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs
  • Work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

Required skills

  • Physical Therapist Assistant certification
  • Experience as a PTA (new grads accepted)
  • BLS certification
  • Preferred experience in SNF and NetHealth
