Overview

K.A. Recruiting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist for a direct hire permanent position in Grants Pass, Oregon. The role involves evaluating and treating patients with various physical conditions, developing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional conditions
  • Develop individualized care plans using evidence-based interventions
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy
  • Educate patients on self-management strategies
  • Collaborate with providers to ensure quality patient outcomes
  • Complete documentation in Epic EMR

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Outpatient experience
  • Oregon Physical Therapist License or PT Compact Privilege
  • Temporary Oregon PT license accepted
  • BLS (AHA) certification

What the company offers

  • Full-time 8-hour days, Monday to Friday
  • Salary range of $45 to $62 per hour based on experience
