Overview

K.A. Recruiting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join their team in Grants Pass, Oregon. The role involves evaluating and treating patients with various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, developing individualized care plans, and providing therapeutic exercises and education to promote self-management strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
  • Develop individualized care plans using evidence-based interventions
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy
  • Educate patients on self-management strategies
  • Collaborate with providers to ensure quality patient outcomes
  • Complete documentation in Epic EMR

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Outpatient experience
  • Oregon Physical Therapist License or PT Compact Privilege
  • Temporary Oregon PT license accepted (must obtain permanent license within 90 days)
  • BLS (AHA) certification

What the company offers

  • Full-time schedule of 8-hour days, Monday to Friday
  • Salary range of $45 to $62 per hour based on experience
