This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, with a 13-week contract that may extend based on performance and needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Support a friendly and positive professional environment
  • Provide patient care in a Skilled Nursing Home setting
  • Work full-time with 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday

Required skills

  • Physical Therapist Assistant license in Michigan
  • 1 year of skilled nursing or long-term care experience
  • Experience with Rehab Optima (Net Health)
  • COVID-19 Vaccination card/documentation
  • Negative COVID-19 test required within 7-10 days of start
