AMN Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health role in South Dennis, Massachusetts. The role involves performing comprehensive physical therapy assessments and working with patients in their homes to support rehabilitation and recovery.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy assessments of patients
  • Evaluate physiological, psychosocial, and environmental factors affecting patients
  • Develop and implement patient rehabilitation plans
  • Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary

Required skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current PT license in Massachusetts
  • 1 year of clinical experience
