Overview

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient role in Lenexa, Kansas. This position offers a temp-to-direct opportunity, focusing on general outpatient orthopedics, with occasional neuro and vestibular cases, and supports professional growth in a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Utilize therapeutic exercises and manual techniques
  • Perform balance and vestibular interventions as needed
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
  • Work collaboratively with referring providers and care team members

Required skills

  • Physical Therapist license in Kansas (PT-KS)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience in outpatient care
