Overview

The Physical Therapist position at AMN Healthcare in South Plainfield, Illinois is a temporary, full-time opportunity in an outpatient clinic aimed at providing high-quality patient-centered care. This role will involve treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and working as part of a collaborative therapy team in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments

  • Perform manual therapy and therapeutic exercises as appropriate
  • Document care in the clinic's EMR system according to regulations
  • Provide ongoing patient education
  • See a minimum of 13 patients per day

Required skills

  • Physical Therapist license in Illinois
  • BLS-AHA certification
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics
  • Knowledge of gait and balance assessment
  • Ability to manage a diverse patient caseload
