Overview

The Home Health Physical Therapist role at AMN Healthcare in Vero Beach, Florida, involves providing personalized physical therapy care to patients in their homes. Key responsibilities

Required skills

  • Licensed Physical Therapist
  • Home Health experience (1 year preferred)
  • Familiarity with homecare documentation (Homecare Homebase preferred)
  • Knowledge in treating geriatric and adult patients
  • Experience in managing functional mobility and chronic conditions
