Arthritis & Sports, one of Northern Virginias largest providers of expert orthopaedic and therapeutic care, is currently seeking a full-time, experienced Hand Therapist (Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist) to join our growing team. We are dedicated to putting patients first and creating a collaborative environment where every patient can achieve their goals.New graduates with strong clinical interest in hand therapy are welcome to apply. Our team of PTs, OTs, and PTAs provides rehabilitative care for patients recovering from a wide variety of orthopaedic and sports-related injuries. This position offers the unique opportunity to work hand-in-hand with our fellowship-trained hand surgeon, providing coordinated care for patients with upper extremity conditions including the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder.We are seeking a therapist who is passionate about upper extremity rehabilitation and values teamwork, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care.What Were Looking For: A clinician whose skills align with our active, biomechanical-focused approach to patient careA therapist experienced in evaluating and treating hand and upper extremity injuries and post-operative conditionsA professional who enjoys working in an intimate, fun, and collaborative settingSomeone excited to grow personally and professionally within a thriving practiceWhat Youll Do: Work within a patient-focused schedule structure featuring 1-on-1 care with patients scheduled every 30 minutes, no double-booking, and dedicated Physical Therapy Technicians to assist with patient flow and supportEvaluate and treat patients with hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity injuries and conditionsDesign and fabricate custom splints and braces for post-operative recovery, injury protection, and functional supportWork closely with our hand surgeon to ensure seamless continuity of care and optimal outcomesUtilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular rehabilitation, scar management, edema control, and therapeutic activities in treatment plansEducate patients on recovery, prevention, and return to functionThis full-time position consists of 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday (no weekends).If you are interested in joining our team, please reach out via email or apply online at
