Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacy leaders, hospital administrators, purchasing teams, specialty distributors, and key healthcare decision-makers. Conduct compliant clinical and business discussions to educate customers on disease states, product benefits, and appropriate product utilization. Navigate complex healthcare organizations to understand account structures, decision-making processes, customer needs, and treatment pathways. Identify new business opportunities while expanding relationships within existing accounts to support territory growth. Analyze territory performance, customer insights, market trends, and competitive activity to develop and adjust territory strategies. Maintain accurate CRM documentation, account plans, forecasts, customer interactions, and territory records. Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, National Accounts, and other cross-functional partners to deliver coordinated customer solutions. Attend local, regional, and national meetings, product training, and industry conferences. Manage the assigned territory with a high degree of professionalism, compliance, and accountability while consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience. What Do You Need for This Position? Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sales experience.
