Overview

The Territory Sales Representative at Per Mar Security Services will focus on selling security products in an industry that's rapidly growing. The role offers the opportunity to earn significant compensation through a competitive package that includes guaranteed earnings, uncapped commissions, and an existing customer base to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships within the designated territory
  • Develop new business through networking, cold calling, and customer referrals
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals
  • Provide exceptional service to retain customers and create sales opportunities
  • Engage in community events and attend sales meetings and training programs

Required skills

  • Sales experience (preferred but not required)
  • Proficient in customer relationship management
  • Ability to generate leads and network effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to obtain necessary licenses for the security industry
