Overview

Foundation Repair of CA is looking for a Territory Sales Professional to join their expanding outside sales team. This role involves meeting with homeowners to diagnose foundation or concrete issues and recommend suitable repair solutions. Successful sales representatives have the potential to earn significant commission while helping clients protect their homes.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners through pre-scheduled appointments
  • Uncover customer needs and diagnose foundation or concrete issues
  • Recommend the best repair solutions
  • Guide customers towards informed buying decisions
  • Work with warm leads and collaborate with inside sales support
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service and relationship building

Required skills

  • 1+ years of experience in residential real estate, home inspection, construction, concrete, or home improvement industri
  • 2+ years of in-home sales experience
  • Strong listening, closing, follow-up, and self-marketing skills
  • Ability to walk, kneel, and crawl in confined spaces
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • Reliable personal vehicle for sales appointments
  • Proficiency using tablet-based software
  • Comfort with a 100% commission-based pay structure
