Overview

Metalcraft of Mayville is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to develop relationships with outdoor power equipment rental locations across Oklahoma. The role requires an enthusiastic self-starter who can meet sales goals and effectively represent the company's brands, including Scag Power Equipment and Bluebird Turf.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet annual goals and objectives
  • Communicate the value and uniqueness of product lines to rental dealers
  • Spend significant time on site with customers to drive engagement
  • Perform product demonstrations as needed
  • Help dealers manage and resolve operational problems
  • Train dealers on product features and benefits
  • Monitor and suggest actions for rental location inventory

Required skills

  • 2+ years of external sales experience, preferably in outdoor power equipment
  • High school degree required
  • Strong communication and follow-through skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Physical ability to operate outdoor power equipment
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
