Overview

OPENLANE is looking for a Territory Remarketing Coordinator in Brampton, Ontario, to join their Sales Coordination team. This role involves supporting customers in their online auction platform by capturing vehicle information, launching profiles, and providing training while maintaining strong relationships with clients across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

  • Visit dealerships to capture vehicle inventory and assess their condition
  • Launch new vehicle profiles on the mobile app for dealers
  • Provide training and resolve technical issues for clients
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients

Required skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in delivering superior customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts
  • Familiarity with web and mobile technology
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to drive Manual Transmission
  • Experience in wholesale vehicle assessments (nice to have)
  • Previous sales or dealership experience (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry (nice to have)
