Overview

The Territory Manager role at Dynamic Equipment Group involves driving sales of heavy construction equipment in the Lakeland area. The position requires a proactive sales professional with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building to enhance the company’s market share and growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Learn and track company and vendor systems for sales activities
  • Sell whole goods, parts, and service packages
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Conduct field demonstrations and operate machinery at customer sites
  • Evaluate trade-in equipment accurately
  • Collaborate with Sales Coordinators for post-sale support
  • Ensure timely follow-up on sales to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to safety rules and regulations in all work assignments

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience in the construction equipment industry
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in job site environments
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
