Overview

AC Pro is a family-owned HVAC company seeking a Territory Manager to develop relationships with key accounts in Tucson, Arizona. The role involves managing sales objectives, presenting marketing programs, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working independently in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with major or key accounts
  • Manage territory according to company sales objectives and quotas
  • Present marketing programs and guide customers through the ordering process
  • Set and meet sales targets
  • Identify opportunities to meet customer needs and provide solutions
  • Analyze data and assess sales performance for improvements
  • Monitor competition within the territory
  • Ensure customer expectations are met with proactive follow-up

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with urgency and motivation
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Results-oriented with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel using personal vehicle
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift 25-50 pounds
