Overview

Koozie Group is seeking Temporary Seasonal Production Associates to support manufacturing operations from May to December 2026. This role involves inspecting materials, working on product assembly, and ensuring quality control. There is potential for transitioning to a permanent position based on performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Review manufacturing orders for product requirements
  • Inspect parts and materials for quality assurance
  • Implement manufacturing best practices while producing and packaging products
  • Prepare orders for shipping and maintain organization
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Troubleshoot basic manufacturing issues
  • Assist in team lifts and manage multiple priorities

Required skills

  • Reading, writing, and math skills equivalent to a High School Diploma or GED
  • Understanding of basic manufacturing processes
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Physical ability to lift 40-45 pounds frequently and stand for long periods
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
