Overview

Instant Teams is looking for a Temporary Customer Success Training Facilitator & Supervisor to support the 2026 Medicare Annual Enrollment Period. This role involves delivering training to remote teams and supervising performance during peak operations, focusing on team motivation, engagement, and effective coaching.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete a rapid Train-the-Trainer program to master Medicare AEP content.
  • Facilitate virtual onboarding programs for remote Customer Success Associates.
  • Track trainee performance metrics and attendance meticulously.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure agent readiness for production.
  • Supervise the daily work of remote teams during high-volume operations.
  • Maintain team engagement through interactive activities and contests.
  • Coach underperforming agents and implement performance improvement strategies.
  • Act as a resource for resolving customer inquiries and escalations.
  • Collaborate with workforce management on operational coverage.

Required skills

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume contact center
  • 1+ years of remote training facilitation experience
  • Strong ability to learn and teach complex materials
  • Experience managing team performance and metrics
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Slack, Salesforce, and LMS software
