Overview

Earthmover Credit Union is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Bilingual Part-Time Teller for their Aurora Branch. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in a supportive team environment while actively contributing to the community's financial goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
  • Provide outstanding service and identify solutions to meet members' financial needs
  • Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to security procedures
  • Answer member questions and assist with account-related requests
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless member experience
  • Promote ECU products and services

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic math and cash-handling abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Previous Teller experience and prior Credit Union or Banking experience preferred
