Overview

The Técnico de Piso de Turno Nocturno at Ubiquity Resources Group Inc. is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of commercial building floors during the night shift. This role includes a variety of cleaning tasks, communication with management, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Candidates must be flexible and capable of performing physical duties independently.

Key responsibilities

  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floor surfaces in commercial buildings
  • Perform intensive cleaning tasks, including carpet shampooing and window washing
  • Notify management of repair needs and maintain effective communication with colleagues and supervisors
  • Follow safety and quality standards established by the company and regulatory authorities
  • Operate cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent damage to floors
  • Move furniture and equipment to clean areas manually or with dollies
  • Prepare cleaning solutions by mixing water with detergents or solvents
  • Clean and vacuum carpeted areas and apply spot cleaning treatments
  • Set up and organize facilities for events, including banquets and meetings
  • Maintain the cleanliness and order of the janitor's closet and service equipment
  • Monitor building security after hours and check appliances to prevent hazards
  • Perform various tasks as assigned
