Overview

The Technicien.ne RH at Cegerco will support the HR team and collaborate closely with site superintendents and managers to address labor needs in construction. This role involves providing solid administrative support while adapting to the dynamic environment of the construction industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the HR team in pre-interviews and workforce planning for construction sites
  • Collaborate closely with superintendents to address construction labor needs
  • Conduct employee follow-ups for returns to work
  • Contact candidates to fill CCQ positions
  • Manage HR administrative tasks such as training invoices and consultants
  • Participate in the logistical organization of job fairs and deployments on remote sites
  • Update the training matrix and ensure follow-up on qualifying trainings
  • Propose training offers based on identified needs
  • Comply with the collective agreement and respond to union inquiries
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, open, and collaborative work environment

Required skills

  • AEC in human resources management or 3-5 years of similar experience
  • Experience in administrative HR support or construction environment (asset)
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and open-mindedness
  • Strong service orientation, rigor, discretion, and reliability
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and evolving environment
