Overview

Alt Informatique is seeking an experienced IT Technician to support its technical department. The role involves providing technical assistance to clients both on-site and remotely, and participating in more complex technical interventions involving Microsoft 365 and networking equipment. Key responsibilities

  • Provide level 2 technical support to clients in person, over the phone, and via remote tools
  • Handle complex technical requests requiring thorough analysis and structured resolution
  • Participate in level 3 interventions related to Microsoft 365 and networking
  • Deploy equipment and software solutions at client locations
  • Document interventions, configurations, and procedures
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of technical procedures and service quality
  • Perform other assigned tasks or projects

Required skills

  • Strong knowledge of Windows environments
  • Understanding of cybersecurity practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
  • Ability to diagnose desktop and network issues
  • Basic understanding of corporate networks (LAN, WAN, VPN)
  • Clear documentation skills and professional communication with clients
  • Experience in a managed services environment (MSP) is a plus
  • 5 years of relevant IT support experience
  • Recognized diploma in computer science
  • Fluent in French, intermediate English
