Oxebo inc. is looking for an experienced technician specializing in appliance repair and refrigeration to join their dynamic team. The role involves executing repairs, managing customer relationships, and ensuring safety standards in a growing company that has been in operation since 1955.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute repairs on various appliances
  • Manage customer relationships while adhering to health and safety standards
  • Diagnose and resolve appliance issues
  • Effectuate repairs and facilitate service payments
  • Utilize service manuals for diagnostics
  • Plan and execute work efficiently
  • Communicate cost estimates to clients
  • Replace defective parts and assemble appliances
  • Conduct post-repair checks and adjustments
  • Draft work reports and invoices
  • Manage inventory and conduct monthly vehicle inspections
  • Diagnose faults using specialized instruments
  • Maintain the service vehicle
  • Perform other related tasks

Required skills

  • Degree in appliance repair or equivalent technical training
  • Functional proficiency in French and English
  • Customer service skills with professionalism
  • Valid Canadian citizenship or work permit
